What changes across countries?

Tax fields, receipt formats and authority responses can differ. A country profile keeps those settings together for staff, finance teams and support partners.

01

Fiscal rules

Set up tax treatment, required invoice fields and checks for the confirmed rules in your country.

02

Receipt and proof

Keep receipt status, QR data and tax authority responses where staff and support teams can find them.

03

Offline and support

Plan what happens during an outage, how the system retries and who helps the merchant if something remains unresolved.

Markets we are reviewing and supporting.

Ask us about your country before making a purchasing decision. We confirm the available functions, integrations and rollout requirements for each customer.

01Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA)

FDMS supports hardware fiscal devices and software-based Virtual Fiscal Devices. POS and ERP systems can integrate through APIs to transmit fiscal receipts, signatures and QR validation data to ZIMRA.

02Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)

eTIMS supports system-to-system integration through VSCU for bulk or intermittently connected invoicing and OSCU for always-online invoicing. Third-party integrators follow development, testing, vetting and certification steps.

03Ministry of Revenues (MoR)

The Electronic Invoice Management System supports electronic invoice administration for the Ministry of Revenues, with a focus on revenue efficiency and reducing tax fraud. Exact integration requirements must be confirmed with MoR.

04Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI)

SECeF and e-SECeF issue certified invoices with security elements that protect authenticity and integrity. Invoice data is stored and transferred to DGI systems, supporting local and remote audit controls.

06Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA)

The Electronic Invoicing System replaced EFD-issued tax invoices after 31 January 2026. EIS supports electronic tax invoices, stock records, real-time transaction transmission and integration with existing business systems.
